RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Watch Winders, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Initiating a Return:
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us via email/ phone call within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our dedicated customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide further instructions.
What Can Be Returned / Not Returned
You may return any unworn, undamaged watch within 7 days of delivery for an exchange (minus shipping and handling fees).
• Only Items that are faulty/damaged can be returned or exchanged.
• No returns are accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase.
• We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or stains.
• All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
• Any watch that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you, and no refund/ exchange will be issued.
• We do not accept returns once the watch bracelet has been re-sized or the rubber straps have
been improperly sized (cut).
• Certain items are marked as “clearance sale” and are not eligible for return.
• Returns must also comply with our user agreement.
We only offer an exchange for a change of mind if the customer chooses the wrong product.
Note: Customer would cover shipping and handling fees.
Restocking Fees
We will charge 25% of the product price for restocking resulting from a change of mind or late changes
made to the order at the customer’s end.
Note: If you return the watch, ensure it’s packaged as you received it. Please avoid using tape directly on the watch box; otherwise, a PKR 10,000 charge will be applied.
Returns Related to Delivery Issues
We guarantee our processing and timeframes on our orders. Still, in the unlikely event of an error due to the courier, we cannot take responsibility, but we will still refund your shipping cost.
If you place an express order and your location is rural, or not covered by the courier, then we cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.
