Special Order Service

Sourcing Just for You: We’re pleased to offer an exceptional pre-order service for watches unavailable in our stock. Our extensive network and relationships with suppliers mean we can often source that special watch you’re after.

Making Your Special Pre-Order

Contact Us: Reach out with details of the watch you’re looking for. The more information you can provide, the better.
Confirmation: Once we’ve identified the watch and confirmed its availability with our suppliers, we’ll contact you.
Order Placement: After all details are confirmed, and you’re happy to proceed, we’ll place the special order on your behalf.
Advance Payment: A 50% – 100% advance payment is required to confirm your special order.
Order Duration: The typical duration for a special order is between 15 to 45 days.
Exceeding Duration: If the 45 days is exceeded, customers have the option to:
• Continue waiting and cooperate with the company.
• Exchange: Customers can choose any watch from our stock of similar or higher value (with the difference paid by the customer).
• Temporary Replacement: While waiting, customers can opt to wear any pre-loved watch from our stock (of similar value to the pre-ordered watch). Once the pre-ordered watch arrives, the
pre-loved watch must be returned, and the customer will receive their special order.

Cancellation of Pre-order:

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel a preorder or special order. Please be aware of the following cancellation terms:
Product in Transit: If the product is currently in transit and has not yet arrived in Pakistan, a cancellation fee of 50% of the product’s price will be deducted from your refund.

Note: It’s essential to note that special orders of watches not currently in stock are governed by the return policies of our suppliers. This means that:
• Returns might be declined based on our supplier’s policy.
• Even if the watch is returned unworn, it may be subject to restocking fees (by the supplier).

Product in Pakistan: Once the product has arrived in Pakistan, we regret to inform you that we cannot entertain cancellations for preorders or special orders.
